Delivery

I aim to send your purchases within 2-5 working days of receiving your order. However, everything is made to order so during busy times it may take longer. I promise to keep you informed of any delays by email.

I am pleased to offer FREE delivery on all UK orders. Depending on size, I send parcels either by Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for or via Evri to ensure your valued purchases get to you without a hitch. Delivery time is 3-5 days but if you need something sooner please contact me.

Non-mainland UK and international delivery starts at £12.00.

Packaging

Great care is taken with your purchase. Cushions are wrapped in spotted cellophane and enclosed in a postal bag or box.

Returns/exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, I am able to give a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please send all returns back in their original packaging, stating the reason for the return, and let me know if you would like a refund or exchange. Remember to keep hold of your proof of posting in case your item is lost in transit. The refund will be made once the item is returned, excluding the shipping costs if applicable.

If your purchase arrives damaged or faulty please inform me within 48 hours and I will arrange a replacement.
