PRIVACY POLICY
Keylime trades online on several different online retail platforms. This information explains how our customers personal data is stored and processed across these platforms.
Data collected when an order is placed:
- Customers name
- Customers billing address
- Recipients name (if applicable)
- Recipient postal address
- Customer email
The information is used in the following ways:
- Delivery of the item
- Emailing confirmation of the order
- Emailing despatch notices
All personal data will be deleted upon request.
The above data is stored electronically for company records in the following way:
The data is stored electronically in the dashboard of the Keylime website powered by Shopify and also in sales notifications, emails and any correspondence with the customer.
The computer used to access this information is password protected and kept in a room which is locked.
Any hard copies containing this information (copies of orders etc) are also kept under lock and key.
The digital information can also be accessed via a mobile phone and an Ipad, all of which are password protected.
The mailing list is optional and only contains names and emails of those who have signed up.
The only person to have access to this information is Kathryn Shayler (Director).
