Everyone loves a bargain and its even better when its a treat you've had for free. If, like me, you are a resident of Bath you must get yourself a residents Discovery Card. It gives you free admission to the Roman Baths, Fashion Museum and Victoria Art Gallery and a discount at the restaurant in the Pump Room as well as tons of other discounts all over the city. I have had mine for 3 years now and I can't tell you how many times I have visited the Roman Baths. I just never get bored delving into this fascinating core of Bath's history. Out and about again this Sunday...

The sewing room as been buzzing this week, adding pom-poms to the playtime pup printed cushions and appliqué stars to the Spots and Stars range as well as making up some new pup designs - the Springer Spaniel, Shih Tzu, Yorkshire Terrier and Long-haired Dachshund. See them in the flesh at Bath Artisan Market this Sunday. It's Bath's biggest award-winning independent market all undercover at Green Park Station. We will be there as well as over 70 other designer-maker and art trader stalls, delicious street food, and free live music. 10-4pm Green Park Station, BA1 1JB.

Best in show this Bank Holiday Monday!

Keylime will be displaying our latest designs at Bath Cats and Dogs Home Fun Day this Bank Holiday Monday. We will be praying for sun!! Come and see our range of pup cushions, cards and prints as well as doggie bandanas. Best in show is the brand new Springer Spaniel cushion along with our favourite kitty the Black Cat cushion. As well as 19 other traders selling pet related goodies on the Artisan Stalls, there will be lots of great stuff going on including the fun dog show of course. Can't wait!

Snip, snip, snip - using the right tools for the job

This weekend was spent down in sunny Bognor Regis with my dear friend Lisa Sheridan from www.lisasheridan.co.uk. She is a fantastic dress designer, (I am the proud owner of two of her creations) and owner of the sharpest scissors I have ever used! Along with the vast cutting table, super steam iron and lots of tips from a real pro, I was able to cut out what seemed like a million cushion faces ready to make into Christmas stock. Phew, what a task! Made easy by using the right tools. Now, off to buy some new scissors..! Look out for new additions to the pup pack coming soon.
